Tweetadder vs Hummingbird
Twitter Software Showdown
Both Hummingbird and Tweetadder have been at the forefront of twitter marketing before most of us even caught the twitter bug. Both softwares aim at helping you gain a large twitter following by taking advantage of the follow-back ratio. What is that you ask? Well, the follow-back ratio refers to the rate at which you can expect those followed on twitter to follow back. In the early days of twitter when everyone was excited to have even ten followers you could expect about every other giddy twitter addict you followed to follow you back. These days the ratio has slipped to about one in five which is still very good. Tweetadder and Hummingbird take the monotony out of following and unfollowing large volumes of individuals on twitter.
So Which One is Better?
We prefer Tweetadder for several reasons, the first being that they were the inventors of the concept. Hummingbird did however expand upon autofollowing to become extremely popular. Hummingbird is extremely simple and very reliable, but if you are looking for a complete solution Tweetadder is where its at.
